In 1993, I was the voice of Vixen the Reindeer in the New Gate Mall for the Treasure Photo Company. Also in 1993 I was in a Christmas play at West Clinton Elementary as the 2nd day of Christmas after which we sang Christmas Carols. I played the Easter Bunny in 1995.
I was at the Charlie Pride Theater in Branson, Missouri in 1995 and sang UP ON CRIPPLE CREEK with American country, gospel vocal and Grand Ole Opry members the Oak Ridge Boys.
From 1998-2001 I was in Beginning Choir, Concert Choir and Falcon Choir directed by Johnny Aird while going to Clearfield High School. In 2001 while I was in Falcon Choir; we got to record THE CIRCLE OF LIFE in Disneyland for Disney Magic Music Days. We also had a vocal session with Grammy-Nominated, American choral conductor and educator Paul Salamunovich. In 2003 I was in Weber State University's Concert Choir directed by Mark Henderson during that time I had a solo in the Gospel Festival and at the request of Mark Henderson I did Jazz Trash as well.
I started going to Weber State University in 2003 for a bachelor’s degree in Musical Theater. While there I took a Improvisational Workshop that was taught by the illustrious, crackerjack and accomplished Todd Michael Thompson. I would like to return to Weber State University to finish out my bachelor’s degree and work on a minor in Forensic Science.
In my experience I have worked with Writers Guild Award winner and Emmy-Nominated screenwriter and consultant Elizabeth Hansen, while working on her work in progress, ENCHANTED APRIL, based on the book and movie of the same name. I played the Italian maid, Francesca, and had to learn Italian in three days. In 2008 I portrayed a fencing fortune teller in a play called CAROLS by Austin Archer. I portrayed a drug addict in 2009 for a play called I SAW YOU PUNCH A NUN by Marc Nielson and only had 12 hours to learn the symptoms of a drug addict. In 2010 I portrayed an Evil Tooth Fairy in a play called THE TOOTH FAIRY by Kayln Washington.
I have been told by vocal coaches and choir directors that I have a very colorful repertoire and vibrato. I have also been told by casting directors that I have colorful rang in acting and am very giving to my fellow actors. I can also do the voice of Stitch from LILO AND STITCH, impersonate Basher from OCEAN'S 11, 12 and 13, I can also do the Xena Warrior Princess War Cry.
I am looking to spice things up in my portfolio so that I can stand out. In order to do that I need to be given a chance to prove my worth. I am the type of person that always has to top herself in one way or another, but I need to be given the opportunity to do so. I am eager, determined, adventurous, fun and always looking for challenges.
